HOW DOES THE FUNDRAISER WORK?
1. Payment Portal Set-up
Your Organization will have its own unique online fundraiser payment portal compliant with Tennessee Non-Profit fundraiser registration requirements and new 2025 fundraiser sales tax law changes.
2. Choose Dates & Promote
Choose the sale event dates, usually 30 days.
Promote the in-store fundraiser event.
We'll offer effective promo strategies.
For pre-event promotion, your customers can browse hundreds of rugs on our website, MboroRugStore.com
The showroom is open on weekends

3. Your Sales = Instant Profits
Your customers make their rug selections at the store, make payment for their rug(s) through your online payment portal.
Once paid for online, your customers choose "pick up at store" as the shipping option and take their rug home.
Each rug sold through your unique fundraiser payment portal provides instant profits of 35% to your Non-Profit Organization.

FAQs
1. EXCHANGES ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS, exchange appointments are available outside weekend hours, LIMIT THREE EXCHANGES.
2. NO RETURNS/REFUNDS except for defects.
3. Any manufacturer defect (we have very few) will be replaced at no charge.
4. Not all rugs in the store are included in the fundraiser sales events, your customers will be provided your unique fundraiser price list and an abundance of assistance.
5. Two 30-day sales events per year or one sales event per quarter are the recommended cycles.
Depending on the fundraiser sales tax election your organization made for 2025, you may have the option to run your rug sale continuously.
